Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
6 cl coffee
some  ice cubes
5 cl Baileys, chilled
4 cl cream, beaten until light and frothy
Serve
a little  cinnamon
a little  coffee beans

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the coffee into the shaker along with several ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs., pour into the glass. Add the Baileys until it settles. Top with the cream.

Serve

Decorate the cocktail with cinnamon and coffee beans.
