Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
½	apple, cut in half and then into slices
5 cl	Jack Daniel's Honey Whiskey
3 cl	fruit juice
some	ice cubes
20 cl	ginger beer

Serve
1	apple, rinsed hot, patted dry, a slice and peeled off a piece of peel with a peeler

How it's done

Cocktail

Place the apple in the shaker, crush. Add the whiskey, apple juice and several ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Place several ice cubes in a glass, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve, top up with ginger beer.

Serve

Decorate the cocktail with apple peel and a slice of apple.
