Cocktail
3 cl Talisker Single Malt Whisky 10 Years
2 cl Campari bitter
1 cl Martini Rosso
Serve
1 dl cream, beaten until light and frothy
a little  chocolate shavings
organic orange, a little zest peeled with a peeler

How it's done

Cocktail

Bring the whisky, Campari and Martini to the boil in a small pan. Pour the cocktail into a tea glass.

Serve

Top the cocktail with the cream. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings, decorate with orange peel.
