Ingredients

Cocktail
6 cl Aperol (bitter fruit liqueur)
1 dl rosé wine
2 cl orange juice
cardamom pod, crushed
Serve
cinnamon stick
1 segment organic orange

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the Aperol into a pan, add all the other ingredients up to and including the cardamom, bring to the boil. Pour the cocktail through a strainer into a tea glass.

Serve

Decorate the cocktail with a cinnamon stick and a slice of orange.
