White chocolate mocha
Ingredients
for 4 people
8 dl | milk |
50 g | white chocolate, finely chopped |
4 | espressos |
20 g | white chocolate, shaved with a peeler |
How it's done
Milk foam
Bring the milk to the boil in a tall pan while stirring. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the chocolate, stir until the chocolate has melted. Hold the pan at a slight angle, froth the milk using a handheld blender. While frothing, move the blender up and down to the surface of the drink.
Serve
Divide the milk foam between the cups. Pour the espressos over the top. Sprinkle with chocolate.
