Pomegranate mulled wine
Ingredients
for 8 dl
| 5 dl | rosé wine |
| 3 dl | pomegranate juice |
| 2 tbsp | sugar |
| 10 g | ginger, finely chopped |
| 2 sprig | rosemary |
| 2 | juniper berries, squeezed |
| 1 | clove |
| 80 g | pomegranate seeds |
| 4 sprig | rosemary |
How it's done
Mulled wine
Place the wine in a pan along with all the other ingredients up to and including the clove, mix, bring to the boil while stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat, cover and leave to stand for approx. 10 mins.
Serve
Reheat the mulled wine, strain, pour into glasses, decorate with the pomegranate seeds and rosemary.
