Spiced orange tea
Ingredients
for 8 dl
4 dl | orange juice |
4 dl | water |
½ tbsp | fennel seeds |
2 | cloves |
3 | star anise |
½ | cinnamon stick |
½ tsp | Szechuan pepper |
1 | organic orange, in slices |
4 | cinnamon sticks |
How it's done
Spiced tea
Pour the orange juice into a pan along with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper, bring to the boil while stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat, cover and leave to stand for approx. 10 mins.
Serve
Reheat the tea, strain, pour into cups, decorate with the orange slices and cinnamon sticks.
