Warm burrata with spicy peach salsa

Anything that can be soaked up with a piece of bread is simple and fun. And if burrata is involved, then it's even more so. This could be a starter or part of a meal with vegetable and cheese platter and maybe a salad. If it's placed in the middle of the table, everyone can reach it. Deliciously fruity and spicy, and wonderfully creamy. You can taste the joy!

Ingredients

for 4 people

Prepare the burrata
burrata
  water, warm
Salsa
limes, the whole juice
3 tbsp olive oil
peaches, cut into cubes
200 g cherry tomatoes, quartered
onion, finely chopped
red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
1 sprig peppermint, finely chopped
  salt and pepper to taste

How it's done

Prepare the burrata

Place the packet of burrata in a bowl of warm water for approx. 10 mins.

Salsa

Whisk the lime juice and oil in a bowl. Add the peach, tomatoes, onion, chilli and mint, mix. Season the salsa.

Serve

Remove the burrata from the packet, tear apart and place on plates or a platter. Top with the salsa.
