When the temperatures rise, we dream of cooling off with a delicious iced tea. This homemade version of the famous lemon iced tea is the perfect summer drink. You can whip up this recipe in just 5 minutes and enjoy it all summer long.

Ingredients

for 2 litres

4 bag	Earl Grey-tea
1 litre	water, boiling
3 tbsp	honey
5 dl	water, chilled
2	lemons, the whole juice
	ice cube

How it's done

Pour the boiling water over the tea bags, leave to brew for approx. 4 mins. Add the honey, stir. Pour in the cold water and lemon juice, chill the iced tea for at least 1 hr. Serve the iced tea with ice cubes.
