Pear and caramel gin fizz
Ingredients
for 1 glass
1 | pear, peeled, chopped |
4 cl | gin |
2 cl | lemon juice |
2 tsp | caramel cream with salted butter |
1 | cardamom pod, crushed |
some | ice cubes |
some | ice cubes |
1 dl | sparkling mineral water |
4 slice | pears |
1 | short wooden skewer |
How it's done
Cocktail
Place the pear, gin, lemon juice and caramel cream in a blender, puree, transfer to the shaker along with the cardamom. Add several ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs.
Serve
Fill half of the glass with ice cubes, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve, add the water. Thread the slices of pear onto the skewer, place in the glass.
