Pork with savoy cabbage and leek
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 300 g | pork strips |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 | garlic clove, finely chopped |
| 150 g | leek, cut into strips |
| 200 g | savoy cabbage, cut into strips |
| 1 tbsp | liquid honey |
| ½ tbsp | mustard |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
How it's done
Meat
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the meat, brown for approx. 3 mins., season, remove from the pan.
Vegetables
Heat the oil in the same pan. Add the garlic and vegetables, stir fry for approx. 5 mins. Add the honey and mustard, mix, season with salt. Return the meat to the pan, heat gently and serve.
