Spinach raclette
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 | onion, cut into thin slices |
| 200 g | leaf spinach |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 600 g | raclette cheese in slices |
| 100 g | pieces of salmon (organic) |
How it's done
Spinach
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onion, sauté for approx. 3 mins. Add the spinach in batches, allow to wilt, season.
Raclette
Place the spinach in the raclette pans, top with the cheese, melt under the raclette grill for approx. 8 mins. Remove, top with the salmon.
