Smash dessert
Ingredients
for 2 people
| ¼ parcel | strudel pastry (approx. 30 g) |
| 1 tbsp | butter, melted |
| 250 g | raspberries |
| 180 g | sour single cream |
| 2 tsp | sugar |
| 2 tbsp | chopped pistachios, roasted |
How it's done
Pastry
Carefully unfold the pastry sheets, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with butter.
Bake
Approx. 4 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200 °C, remove. Break the pastry into pieces.
Serve
Divide the raspberries between 2 dishes, crush gently with a fork. Mix the sour single cream and sugar, spread on top of the raspberries. Top with the pistachios and pieces of pastry.
