Burrata with lemon and basil
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 200 g | pagnol bread, cut into slices approx. 2 cm thick |
| 1 | garlic clove, cut in half |
| 300 g | burrata |
| 2 tbsp | white balsamic vinegar |
| 3 tbsp | olive oil with lemon |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 2 | lemons peeled, in slices |
| ½ bunch | basil, torn into pieces |
| a little | sea salt |
How it's done
Bread
Place the slices of bread on a baking tray.
Bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220 °C. Remove, allow to cool slightly. Rub the slices of bread with garlic.
Burrata
Tear the burratas, serve in a bowl. Whisk the balsamic and oil, season, pour on top of the burratas. Top with the lemon and basil, sprinkle with the fleur de sel. Serve with the toasted bread.
