Fig bagels
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 80 g | bacon strips |
| 2 | freshly baked bagels, cut open |
| 125 g | cream cheese, plain |
| 2 | figs, in slices |
How it's done
Bagels
Place the rashers of bacon in a non-stick frying pan, gently fry until crispy. Remove and drain. Toast the bagels (cut side down) in the same pan for approx. 2 mins. Remove, allow to cool slightly. Spread the cream cheese over the bottom half of the bagels, top with the figs and bacon, cover with the top half.
