Apricot sour
Ingredients
for 1 glass
| 100 g | apricots, cut in half |
| ½ tbsp | sugar |
| 5 cl | vodka |
| ½ tbsp | lemon juice |
| 3 drop | Angostura Bitter |
| 1 | fresh egg white |
| some | ice cubes |
| 3 segment | apricots |
| 1 | short wooden skewer |
How it's done
Apricot puree
Puree the apricots and sugar, pass through a sieve into a shaker.
Cocktail
Pour the vodka, lemon juice, Angostura and egg white into the shaker. Top up the shaker with ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Pour the cocktail through a strainer into a glass.
Serve
Thread the apricots onto the skewer, place in the glass.
