Limoncello mousse with grilled nectarines
Ingredients
for 4 person
100 g | low-fat quark |
100 g | mascarpone |
50 g | sugar |
1 | organic lemon, use a little grated zest and 1 tbsp of juice |
3 tbsp | lemon liqueur (e.g. limoncello) |
1 dl | full cream, beaten until stiff |
1 tbsp | liquid honey |
½ tbsp | lemon juice |
2 sprig | thyme, finely chopped |
2 | nectarines, cut into wedges |
6 | Fine Food Tartufi dolci limone , finely crumbled |
How it's done
Limoncello mousse
In a bowl, combine the quark with all the other ingredients up to and including the limoncello. Carefully fold in the whipped cream, fill into jars, cover and chill for approx. 1 hr.
To grill
Combine the honey, lemon juice and thyme, add the nectarines, mix. Heat the griddle, turn down the heat, drain the nectarines, retaining the sauce. Place the nectarines on the griddle, cook on both sides for approx. 2 mins.
To serve
Plate up the nectarines, drizzle with the remaining sauce. Top the mousse with the tartufi and serve with the nectarines.
