Frozen Aperol
Ingredients
for 1 glass
2 dl | orange juice |
4 cl | Aperol (bitter fruit liqueur) |
1 dl | Prosecco |
1 sprig | rosemary |
How it's done
Orange ice cubes
Pour the orange juice into the ice cube tray, cover and freeze for approx. 12 hrs. or overnight.
Cocktail
Place the orange ice cubes, liqueur and prosecco in a blender, puree for approx. 15 secs. Pour the frozen Aperol into a glass, decorate with rosemary.
