Frozen raspberry daiquiri
Ingredients
for 1 glass
| 1 ½ dl | water |
| 2 tbsp | sugar |
| ½ tbsp | ginger, finely grated |
| 80 g | raspberries |
| 100 g | crushed ice |
| 4 cl | white rum |
| 1 tbsp | lime juice |
| 1 slice | organic lime |
How it's done
Sugar syrup
Bring the water, sugar and ginger to the boil in a pan, cover and simmer for approx. 10 mins. (yields 2 tbsp syrup). Leave the syrup to cool.
Cocktail
Place 70 g raspberries, crushed ice, rum, lime juice and 2 tbsp sugar syrup in a blender, puree for approx. 30 secs. Pour the cocktail into the glass, decorate with the remainder of the raspberries and slices of lime.
