Rømmegrøt (Norwegian porridge)
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 200 g | crème fraîche |
| 100 g | white flour |
| 4 tbsp | sugar |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 3 dl | milk, warm |
| 2 tsp | sugar |
| ½ tsp | cinnamon |
How it's done
Crème fraîche
Heat the crème fraîche in a pan, simmer gently for approx. 2 mins. Gradually stir in the flour, then stir in the sugar and salt.
Porridge
Pour the milk into the crème fraîche while stirring, simmer for approx. 5 mins. Plate up the porridge, combine the sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on top.
