Chocolate and coconut drink
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 8 dl | coconut drink |
| ½ tsp | ground cardamom |
| ½ tsp | bourbon vanilla powder |
| 100 g | white chocolate, finely chopped |
| 4 | espressos |
| 4 | marshmallows, quartered |
| 4 | short wooden skewers |
How it's done
Chocolate and coconut drink
Place the coconut drink, cardamom and vanilla in a tall pan, bring to the boil while stirring. Remove the pan from the heat, add the chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted. Hold the pan at a slight angle, froth the drink using a handheld blender. While frothing, move the blender up and down to the surface of the drink.
Serve
Pour the drink into glasses. Pour an espresso on top of each drink. Thread the marshmallows onto the skewers, use to decorate the coconut drinks.
