Vegetable pizza
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 800 g | pizza dough |
| 250 g | courgettes, cut lengthwise into thin slices |
| 1 | red pepper, cut into strips |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 150 g | mozzarella, torn into pieces |
How it's done
Pizza
On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a rectangle (approx. 30 x 40 cm). Place the vegetables in a bowl, add the oil, mix, season. Spread the mozzarella and vegetables on top of the pizza dough.
Bake
Approx. 25 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 240 °C.
