Ingredients

Avocado
ripe avocado, cut into cubes
lime, the whole juice
Prawns
1 tbsp olive oil
300 g shelled, raw prawns
garlic cloves, squeezed
¼ tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp salt

How it's done

Avocado

Mix the avocado and lime juice.

Prawns

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the prawns and garlic, fry for approx. 3 mins. Add the chilli flakes and avocado, season with salt, mix carefully, plate up.
