Burrata with balsamic strawberries
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 | red onion, halved, cut into thin strips |
| 3 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
| 125 g | strawberries, in slices |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 150 g | burrata |
| 4 sprig | basil, leaves torn off |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Strawberries
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onion, sauté for approx. 4 mins. Add the balsamic and strawberries, mix and season with salt. Remove the pan from the heat, allow the strawberries to cool slightly in the liquid.
Burrata
Halve the burrata, transfer to a platter, tear apart gently with a fork. Top with the basil, strawberries and liquid. Drizzle with oil, season.
