Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
raspberries
2 sprig peppermint, leaves torn off
3 tbsp lime juice
2 cl sugar syrup
2 tbsp mineral water
5 cl Bacardi Razz
some  ice cubes
Serve
some  raspberries
1 sprig peppermint

How it's done

Cocktail

Place the raspberries in a glass along with all the other ingredients up to and including the water, crush with a pestle or wooden spoon. Add the rum and ice cubes, stir the cocktail for approx. 30 secs.

Serve

Decorate the cocktail with raspberries and mint.
