Ingredients

for 1 person

Salt rim
1 tbsp salt
organic lime, quartered
Cocktail
4 cl tequila (e.g. Espolon Blanco tequila)
2 cl Grand Marnier
2 tbsp lime juice
½ tbsp agave syrup
some  ice cubes
Serve
1 slice organic lime

How it's done

Salt rim

Pour the salt into a shallow dish. Coat the rim of the glass using a lime quarter, dip in the salt.

Cocktail

Pour the tequila into the shaker along with all the other ingredients up to and including the ice cubes, shake the cocktail well for approx. 30 secs. Place several ice cubes in the prepared glass, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve.

Serve

Decorate the cocktail with a slice of lime.
