Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
50 g pineapples, cut into pieces
organic lime, quartered
½ tsp coarse cane sugar
5 cl white rum (e.g. achaca or Bacardi)
some  ice cubes
Serve
½ slice pineapple
pineapple leaf
1 slice organic lime

How it's done

Cocktail

Place the pineapple, lime and sugar in a glass, crush using a pestle or wooden spoon, transfer to the shaker. Add the rum and ice cubes, shake the cocktail well for approx. 30 secs. and pour into the glass.

Serve

Decorate the cocktail with a pineapple slice, pineapple leaf and lime.
