Pisco Fizz
Ingredients
for 1 person
5 cl | Capel Pisco |
3 cl | lemon juice |
2 cl | agave syrup |
some | ice cubes |
1 dl | sparkling mineral water |
2 drop | Angostura Bitter |
1 segment | organic lemon |
How it's done
Cocktail
Pour the Pisco, lemon juice and agave syrup into the shaker, add some ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Place the ice cubes in a glass, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve. Top up with water, drizzle with Angostura.
Serve
Decorate the cocktail with a lemon wedge.
