Ingredients

Cocktail
2 cl sugar syrup
½  organic lemon, the whole juice
1 sprig rosemary
5 cl gin (e.g. Bombay Citron Pressé)
some  ice cubes
Serve
organic lemon, strips cut off using a peeler
1 sprig rosemary

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the sugar syrup, lemon juice and rosemary into a glass, crush using a pestle or wooden spoon, transfer to the shaker. Add the gin and ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Place the ice cubes in a glass, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve.

Serve

Decorate the cocktail with lemon peel and rosemary.
