Cocktail
4 cl	Absolut Passionfruit Vodka
2 dl	ice tea (e.g. Naturaplan Organic Fruit Tea)
2 tsp	quince jelly
½	passion fruit, pulp scooped out
some	ice cubes

Serve
½	passion fruit, pulp scooped out

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the vodka into the shaker along with all ingredients up to and including the ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Place more ice cubes in a glass, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve.

Serve

Decorate the cocktail with passion fruit.
