Orecchiette with broccoli rabe

Ingredients

for 4 person

Broccoli rabe
1 tbsp olive oil
800 g broccoli raab, cut into strips approx. 2 cm wide
onion, finely chopped
garlic clove, finely chopped
2 dl vegetable bouillon
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Pasta
300 g orecchiette
  salted water, boiling
2 dl single cream for sauces
80 g Sbrinz, shaved

How it's done

Broccoli rabe

Heat the oil in a wide pan, add the broccoli rabe, onion and garlic, sauté for approx. 5 mins., pour in the stock, simmer for a further 5 mins., season.

Pasta

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, return to the pan, add the broccoli rabe and single cream, mix, heat through, arrange, scatter the Sbrinz on top.
