Cheese toasties with peaches
Ingredients
for 8 pieces
500 g | bread, cut into 8 slices |
1 dl | white wine |
8 slice | raclette cheese |
1 tin | peach half (approx. 420 g), rinsed, drained, diced |
200 g | cured ham in slices |
1 | onion, cut into thin rings |
a little | raclette seasoning |
How it's done
Toasties
Place the slices of bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper, drizzle with the wine. Place the cheese and half of the diced peaches on top. Add the ham and onions.
Bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220 °C. Remove, top with the remainder of the diced peaches, season the cheese toasties, serve.
