Vegan chocolate persimmon pudding

Probably the fastest dessert in the world! Not only is this chocolate pudding very quick to prepare, it is made up of only three ingredients and contains no refined sugar. Simply put the ingredients in the blender and the three-ingredient dessert is ready. Extra tip: Refine with spices such as cinnamon or tonka beans to suit your taste.

Ingredients

for 4 person

Pudding
persimmons, soft
2 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
To serve
½  kaki persimmon, sliced
½ tbsp Cocoa Nibs

How it's done

Pudding

Peel the persimmons, puree finely with the cocoa powder and maple syrup in a blending cup, transfer into glasses or bowls, cover and chill for approx. 30 min.

To serve

Garnish the pudding with persimmon slices and cocoa nibs.
