Vegan chocolate persimmon pudding
Ingredients

2 | persimmons, soft |
2 ½ tbsp | cocoa powder |
2 tbsp | maple syrup |
½ | kaki persimmon, sliced |
½ tbsp | Cocoa Nibs |
How it's done
Pudding
Peel the persimmons, puree finely with the cocoa powder and maple syrup in a blending cup, transfer into glasses or bowls, cover and chill for approx. 30 min.
To serve
Garnish the pudding with persimmon slices and cocoa nibs.
