Spring soup
Ingredients
for 2 person
5 dl | porcini stock |
1 tin | white beans (approx. 400 g), rinsed, drained |
50 g | radishes, sliced |
100 g | mini asparagus, cut into thirds |
salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Soup
Bring the stock to the boil in a pan. Add the vegetables, remove the pan from the heat, cover and leave to stand for approx. 1 min., season. Ladle the soup into bowls.
