Ravioli salad
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 tsp | mustard |
| 2 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 250 g | ravioli with lemon filling |
| salted water, boiling | |
| 50 g | baby spinach |
| ½ bunch | radish, sliced |
| ½ bunch | wild garlic, finely chopped |
How it's done
Dressing
Whisk together the mustard, balsamic and oil in a bowl, season.
Salad
Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions, drain, leave to cool. Add the ravioli, spinach, radish and wild garlic to the dressing, mix, serve.
