Strawberry and chocolate granola

Ingredients

for 4 person

Granola
100 g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
50 g hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
50 g walnut kernels, coarsely chopped
50 g millet flakes
¼ tsp salt
Strawberries
125 g dark cake icing
125 g strawberries
Serve
250 g low-fat quark
125 g strawberries, quartered

How it's done

Granola

Mix the chocolate, nuts, millet flakes and salt. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake

Approx. 15 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180 °C, turning 3-4 times.

Strawberries

Melt the bags of cake icing in a bain-marie. Dip the strawberries in the icing, leave to dry on a sheet of baking paper. Quarter the strawberries.

Serve

Serve the granola, quark and strawberries in jars.
