Thyme and coconut bowl
Ingredients
for 1 litre
| 2 dl | water |
| 50 g | ginger, sliced |
| 3 tbsp | cane sugar |
| ½ bunch | thyme |
| 2 | organic lemons, the whole juice |
| 1 litre | coconut water, chilled |
| 2 dl | water, chilled |
| 1 | organic lemon, in slices |
| some | ice cubes |
How it's done
Syrup
Bring the water, ginger, sugar and thyme to the boil in a pan. Remove the pan from the heat, leave to cool, pour the syrup into a jug.
Bowl
Pour the lemon juice, coconut water and water into the syrup. Add the slices of lemon, mix well, add the ice cubes, serve.
