Cheesecake with raspberries in a jar
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 180 g | plain yoghurt |
| 125 g | cream cheese |
| 80 g | icing sugar |
| 200 g | raspberries |
| 2 tbsp | water |
| 80 g | mini salted pretzels, crumbled |
| 50 g | raspberries |
| 10 | mini salted pretzels, crumbled |
How it's done
Cheesecake mixture
Mix the yoghurt, cream cheese and icing sugar.
Raspberry mixture
Puree the raspberries and water, mix 2 tbsp with the cheesecake mixture, set aside. Divide the salted pretzels between the jars, then add the raspberry puree. Top with the cheesecake mixture, cover and chill for approx. 15 mins.
Decorate
Sprinkle the raspberries and salted pretzels on top of the cheesecake.
