Raw vegan cookie dough

This dough is intended solely for snacking on and not for baking! As the cookie dough contains no animal-derived ingredients, it can be enjoyed raw without any worries. I made my simple basic mixture with almond flour and I adapt it to suit the season and my mood. Tip: you can also replace the cinnamon with cocoa powder to make a truly delicious raw brownie dough.

Ingredients

for 250 g

150 g almond flour (partially de-oiled)
60 g vegan dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt
3 tbsp oat drink
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla paste

How it's done

Mix the almond flour, chocolate, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Combine the oat milk, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla paste, add to the bowl, mix to form a dough. Snack on the dough straight away or shape it into balls, cover and refrigerate.
