Raw vegan cookie dough
Ingredients
for 250 g
| 150 g | almond flour (partially de-oiled) |
| 60 g | vegan dark chocolate, coarsely chopped |
| 1 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 3 tbsp | oat drink |
| 3 tbsp | maple syrup |
| 2 tbsp | coconut oil |
| 1 tsp | vanilla paste |
How it's done
Mix the almond flour, chocolate, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Combine the oat milk, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla paste, add to the bowl, mix to form a dough. Snack on the dough straight away or shape it into balls, cover and refrigerate.
