Super-quick vegan Christmas biscuits with oats
Ingredients
for 12 pieces
| 120 g | fine whole-grain rolled oats |
| 10 g | Maizena cornflour |
| 2 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 150 g | peanut butter, melted, left to cool |
| 1 dl | maple syrup |
How it's done
Dough
Blitz the oats in a food processor. Add the cornflour, cinnamon and salt, blitz briefly. Add the peanut butter and maple syrup, combine to form a dough. Divide the dough into 12 portions, shape into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the balls with a fork.
Bake
Approx. 15 mins. in an oven preheated to 180 °C (convection). Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly on the tray, transfer to a cooling rack and leave to cool completely.
