Asian-style burrata
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 2 tbsp | rice vinegar |
| ½ tbsp | soy sauce |
| ½ tbsp | toasted sesame oil |
| 2 tsp | Fine Food Yuzu Kosho Paste |
| 1 tsp | liquid honey |
| ¼ tsp | garlic powder |
| 1 bunch | Thai basil, torn into pieces |
| 1 bunch | coriander, torn into pieces |
| ½ bunch | peppermint, torn into pieces |
| 300 g | Fine Food Burrata, cut in half |
| 80 g | Fine Food Angus Dried Meat |
| 1 tbsp | preserved ginger |
| 100 g | Fine Food 3-Seed Crispbread |
How it's done
Dressing
In a small bowl, combine the vinegar with all the other ingredients up to and including the garlic powder.
Burrata
Mix the herbs, spread on a platter, serve the burrata and dried meat on top. Add the ginger, drizzle with the dressing. Serve with crispbread.
