Muesli swirls

Ingredients

for 8 pieces

Dough
banana, peeled and chopped, yields approx. 100 g
100 g brown flour
50 g rolled oats, fine
30 g dried aronia berries
2 tbsp coarse cane sugar
½ tbsp sunflower oil
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt
Bake
360 g plain yoghurt
2 tbsp liquid honey

How it's done

Dough

Place the banana in a bowl, mash with a fork. Add the flour and all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, mix.

Shape

Roll the dough out thinly into a rectangle (approx. 16 x 22 cm) between 2 sheets of baking paper. Cut the dough lengthwise into 8 strips approx. 2 cm wide. Tightly roll up the strips of dough into a swirl, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake

Approx. 15 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180 °C. Remove. Drizzle with honey. Serve with the yoghurt.
