Squash gratin with sage

Ingredients

for 4 person

Squash
500 g squash (e.g. red kuri with the skin on), quartered, cut into approx. 3 mm slices
50 g butter, melted
20 g pumpkin seeds
garlic clove, squeezed
½ bunch sage, finely chopped
2 pinch nutmeg
¾ tsp salt
a little  pepper

How it's done

Squash

Mix the squash, butter, pumpkin seeds, garlic and sage in a bowl, season. Layer the squash, starting from the outside of the dish and working in.

Bake

Approx. 30 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200 °C. Remove.
