Squash gratin with sage
Ingredients
for 4 person
500 g | squash (e.g. red kuri with the skin on), quartered, cut into approx. 3 mm slices |
50 g | butter, melted |
20 g | pumpkin seeds |
1 | garlic clove, squeezed |
½ bunch | sage, finely chopped |
2 pinch | nutmeg |
¾ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Squash
Mix the squash, butter, pumpkin seeds, garlic and sage in a bowl, season. Layer the squash, starting from the outside of the dish and working in.
Bake
Approx. 30 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200 °C. Remove.
