Mango and passion fruit ice lollies
Ingredients
for 4 person
½ | mango, cut into pieces |
1 | passion fruit, pulp scooped out |
2 tbsp | icing sugar |
150 g | cream quark |
1 bag | white cake icing (approx. 125 g) |
1 tbsp | raspberry crumble |
How it's done
Ice lollies
Puree the mango, passion fruit and sugar, mix in the quark. Transfer the mixture to the ice lolly moulds, insert the sticks. Freeze the ice lollies for approx. 6 hrs. or overnight.
Decorate
Melt the bag of cake icing in a hot bain-marie, pour the icing into a deep dish. Remove the ice lollies from the moulds, turn them in the chocolate, sprinkle with the rusperry crumble, place on a sheet of baking paper and return to the freezer for approx. 30 mins.
