Open sandwiches with ajvar and trout
Ingredients
for 4 person
300 g | brown bread, cut into 8 slices |
300 g | Ajvar (pepper spread) |
125 g | smoked trout filets, torn into pieces |
4 | hard-boiled eggs, quartered |
2 | nectarines, in slices |
a little | sea salt |
a little | pepper |
2 tbsp | sour single cream |
20 g | beetroot shoots |
How it's done
Open sandwiches
Spread the ajvar on top of the slices of bread, arrange on a platter. Top with the trout, eggs and nectarines, season. Drizzle with the sour single cream, garnish with the beetroot sprouts.
