Cookies for breakfast? Why not! And these superfood cookies are just the ones! We recommend making them in advance so that you can enjoy them with a good coffee first thing in the morning or on your way to work or school. They are crispy, highly nutritious and will give you the energy you need for the day ahead.

Ingredients

for 10 pieces

Cookies
120 g dark almond cream
½ dl maple syrup
2 tbsp almond drink
100 g rolled oats
50 g hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
20 g sunflower seeds
20 g crushed linseed
10 g chia seeds
10 g Hemp seeds
1 pinch salt

How it's done

Cookies

Mix the almond butter, maple syrup and almond milk in a bowl until smooth. Add the oats and all the remaining ingredients, mix. Shape into 12 balls using wet hands or two spoons, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, flatten a little.

Bake

Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180 °C. Remove from the oven, leave the cookies to cool on a rack.
