Breakfast cookies
Ingredients
for 10 pieces
| 120 g | dark almond cream |
| ½ dl | maple syrup |
| 2 tbsp | almond drink |
| 100 g | rolled oats |
| 50 g | hazelnuts, coarsely chopped |
| 20 g | sunflower seeds |
| 20 g | crushed linseed |
| 10 g | chia seeds |
| 10 g | Hemp seeds |
| 1 pinch | salt |
How it's done
Cookies
Mix the almond butter, maple syrup and almond milk in a bowl until smooth. Add the oats and all the remaining ingredients, mix. Shape into 12 balls using wet hands or two spoons, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, flatten a little.
Bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180 °C. Remove from the oven, leave the cookies to cool on a rack.
