Ingredients

for 4 person

Bircher muesli
80 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
360 g plain yoghurt
100 g frozen organic açai puree, defrosted
2 tbsp sugar
red-skinned apple deseeded, coarsely grated
pear deseeded, coarsely grated
organic lemon, use a little grated zest
Nut brittle
30 g sugar
1 tbsp water
30 g hazelnuts
1 pinch salt
To serve
50 g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped

How it's done

Bircher muesli

Mix the oats with all the other ingredients up to and including the lemon zest.

Nut brittle

Bring the sugar and water to the boil in a pan without stirring. Reduce the heat and simmer, swirling the pan occasionally until a light brown caramel has formed. Add the nuts, mix, season with salt, spread on a sheet of baking paper, leave to cool. Coarsely chop the nuts.

To serve

Serve the muesli, top with the chocolate and nuts.
