Blood orange salad with Manchego
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 150 g | red chicory, roughly chopped |
| 1 ½ | blood oranges, peeled, halved, cut into slices approx. 5 mm thick |
| 100 g | Manchego, in stems |
| ½ | blood orange, the whole juice |
| 1 ½ tbsp | orange jam |
| ½ tbsp | mustard |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Salad
Arrange the red chicory, oranges and Manchego on a platter.
Dressing
In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients up to and including the pepper, drizzle the dressing over the salad.
