Gnocchi with peas and bacon

Ingredients

for 2 person

Gnocchi
60 g bacon strips, cut into strips
300 g potato gnocchi
150 g frozen peas, defrosted
garlic clove, squeezed
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
50 g Parmesan, coarsely grated

How it's done

Gnocchi

Gently fry the bacon in a non-stick frying pan until crispy, without adding any oil. Add the gnocchi, peas and garlic, fry for approx. 5 mins., season. Plate up the gnocchi, sprinkle the cheese on top.
