Gnocchi with peas and bacon
Ingredients
for 2 person
60 g | bacon strips, cut into strips |
300 g | potato gnocchi |
150 g | frozen peas, defrosted |
1 | garlic clove, squeezed |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
50 g | Parmesan, coarsely grated |
How it's done
Gnocchi
Gently fry the bacon in a non-stick frying pan until crispy, without adding any oil. Add the gnocchi, peas and garlic, fry for approx. 5 mins., season. Plate up the gnocchi, sprinkle the cheese on top.
