Plant-based blueberry smoothie

Ever since I discovered smoothies a few years ago, I can’t get enough of them. They come in an endless variety of flavours, so I like to make one several times a week. This smoothie with blueberries and peanut butter is a deliciously fresh vitamin booster. Whether you have it for breakfast or as a snack: you will love this smoothie.

Ingredients

for 4 person

Smoothie
bananas, cut into pieces
200 g frozen blueberries
2 ½ dl almond drink
2 ½ dl water
2 ½ tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut milk yoghurt
To serve
1 tbsp blueberry
1 tbsp unsalted peanuts, chopped

How it's done

Smoothie

Place the banana, blueberries, almond milk, water, peanut butter and coconut yoghurt in a blender, puree until smooth.

To serve

Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses, garnish with blueberries and peanuts.
