Plant-based blueberry smoothie
Ingredients
for 4 person
2 | bananas, cut into pieces |
200 g | frozen blueberries |
2 ½ dl | almond drink |
2 ½ dl | water |
2 ½ tbsp | peanut butter |
2 tbsp | coconut milk yoghurt |
1 tbsp | blueberry |
1 tbsp | unsalted peanuts, chopped |
How it's done
Smoothie
Place the banana, blueberries, almond milk, water, peanut butter and coconut yoghurt in a blender, puree until smooth.
To serve
Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses, garnish with blueberries and peanuts.
